Here’s everything you need to know about our return and exchange policy:
30-Day Return & Exchange Policy:
We offer a generous 30-day return and exchange policy to give you peace of mind when shopping with us. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
To facilitate smooth returns and exchanges, please adhere to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned with authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- The timeframe for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method with tracking. Returns or exchanges without tracking will not be processed.
- For returns, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
- For exchanges or resizing, customers may be responsible for remote fees due to geographical constraints. Any applicable fees will be communicated in advance to allow for an informed decision.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items are non-refundable or may incur restocking fees for exchanges. Please review the following:
- Final sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or resize.
- “Design your own” items, including those customized based on your personal preferences, are non-refundable. A 35% restocking fee may apply for the exchange of these items.
- Personalized items with engravings or photos, such as rings, necklaces, and bracelets, are non-refundable. A 35% restocking fee may apply for the exchange of personalized items.
- Special order items, including those with changes in plating or stone colors, are non-refundable. However, they may be exchanged for a different design with a 35% restocking fee.
- Rings with custom sizes are not refundable. Custom sizes, which incur an additional $20 fee, are considered final sale.
- Items without jewelry tags or that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not refundable and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Items that were worn or sent as replacements/exchanges are not refundable.
Refunds:
Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as requested. Please note the following:
- Contact one of our representatives to authorize refunds to your original payment account.
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable, as we incur the cost of shipping for every order.
- Remote fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
- We provide a $10 return shipping fee reimbursement via store credit under specific circumstances, such as receiving the wrong item or a broken/defective item.
Restocking Fees:
We may charge a 35% restocking fee for certain items, including:
- Items customized with 10K, 14K, or 18K gold.
- Items customized with moissanite stones.
- Returning multiple items (three or more) from the same order.
Self-Service Return & Exchange Instructions:
To initiate your return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Visit our website and sign in to your account.
- Navigate to “My Orders” on the dashboard and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the prompts to initiate your return.
- Within 48 hours, you’ll receive an email titled “Notification of Your Return Progress from EARTHMOUNT” with further instructions.
- Pack and ship the item(s) using a traceable method.
- Sign in to your account and upload the return tracking number once the package is shipped back.
Cancellation Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please review your personalization, engraving, or special order information carefully before submitting your order. Cancellations made within 120 minutes of placing your order incur a 30% material and processing fee.
